Bake directly from frozen—do not thaw!
1. Pre-heat oven to 425℉.
2. Remove frozen fish from wrapper in place on a foil-lined baking sheet.
3. Bake for 20-22 minutes or until fish flakes easily.
Microwave or stovetop are not recommended.
